Competent, Professional And Reliable Estate Agent
Being new to New Zealand and having no experience in buying a house and all the parameters involved, we were quite vulnerable when we started our house search. After seeing a number of estate agents who promised us the earth, we met Michelle Baya at an open home in October 2011. Her initial greeting was so refreshing, positive and encouraging that we took an instant liking to her. We told her of the kind of home that we were looking for, being quite specific about a number of things. As we spoke Michelle made notes. No other agent did that.
Once we left the open home Michelle kept in constant contact with us, monitoring our responses to each home that she presented to us and taking us under her wing. We decided to go on this journey with her almost exclusively as we believe that she has market knowledge and in-depth experience to offer. Michelle knows the laws and procedures regarding the sales process. Questions that she didn’t know the answer to were not a problem – she made a plan to get the correct information to us as quickly as possible.
Michelle can be quite insistent at times, and can be a bit emotional about the process, but she puts her ALL into her clients and helping them to make the right decision. We were made to feel like family and that she had our best interests at heart.
We finally chose a home that Michelle presented to us in December 2011. We walked in and fell in love with the place immediately. She guided us through all the documentation and checks needed with a smile on her face.
Nothing is too much for Michelle, she worked late at night and often beyond the call of duty to help us. We highly recommend Michelle as a competent, professional and reliable Estate Agent. She is passionate about the industry and her enthusiasm is contagious. We are looking forward to moving into our new home in the next month and hope that Michelle will be part of our lives for a long time to come!
